Reopened the revaluation of land and shareholdings
The possibility of revaluing building or agricultural land and shareholdings held as of January 1, 2022 is back (law decree March 1, 2022, n.17, effective from March 2, 2022). Until 15 June 2022 it is still possible to determine the value with an appraisal and pay the substitute tax of 14%, which will allow you to avoid the higher taxes provided on the capital gain resulting from the subsequent sale.
