Reopened the deadline for revaluation of land and corporate holdings.
E’ stato riaperto fino al 30 novembre 2024 il termine per la rideterminazione del valore fiscale dei terreni (edificabili o agricoli) e dei titoli, quote o i diritti non negoziati nei mercati regolamentati di proprietà di persone fisiche, società semplici ed enti non commerciali (Decreto legge 9 agosto 2024, n. 113).
Entro il 30 novembre 2024 deve essere asseverata la perizia, e deve essere pagata l’imposta sostitutiva del 16% (o almeno la prima rata).
